Let’s Get You Back in the Driver’s Seat

Thank you for Visiting FairCareMD today.  For many of you this is just another step on the road to freedom, for others it is the first. Remember when you thought that practicing medicine would feel great?  Help people, make a reasonable living, give great care…. you know, all that stuff you wrote in your AMCAS admissions essay and actually used to believe in 100% of the time.

Well, you can have back that dream now.  No big radical change, just one patient at a time.  FairCareMD can help you do just that.

Here is how it works:
1. Set up you offers on FairCareMD – tell people exactly what care they get and set a reasonable price.
2. Get one new FairCareMD patient – take great care of him or her and we will ask them to review your care.
3. Review and Approve the Review (yes, that’s right, you have to approve it before it can be published)

and then watch as your reputation grows and multiplies!

When you have enough good Direct-pay patients, fire your least favorite payer and get back in the driver’s seat!

If you are ready for a change you can believe in, click here to get started.

We want to help you with this transition so please call (954) FAIR-CARE (or 954.324.7227) today to get started today or email us at Providers@FairCareMD.com.

If you want to read more, take the tour.

Dr. L. Gordon Moore’s CME on the subject are also instructive and can be found at CEMedicus.

With insurance companies managing the care out of medicine, isn’t it time to find an alternative?  Isn’t it time you took back control of your practice? Who should choose what is best for your patients, you and your patient or an insurance company?

How Much Does FairCareMD Cost?

I always look for this myself and absolutely hate it when it is not obvious.

Here it is, straight up:

Yup, nothing to hide there.  Find anything less expensive, tell us about it. That is less than Starbucks once a week.

We launched in June 2010 and thousands of patients and providers are finding us. People are going direct daily and everybody wins, including employers and insurance companies.  Doctors and patients working together are putting the “Care” back into healthcare through our system.

We also encourage you to spread the word. In general, there are two approaches to marketing a service like FairCareMD.  We can pretend we are big pharma and send marketing reps to you, take you to lunch, and spend a great deal of money on you. I am sure it is fun for everyone involved but the fact is that it is expensive and worthless to the practice of medicine. We want to keep this service low cost to providers and free for patients. If this makes sense to you, please sign up.  No risk, no obligation, no hassle, no cost.  You can do it in 15 minutes or less.

Thank you for your interest in FairCareMD.  Stay tuned for the revolution we intend to facilitate.

Who Can Use the Site?
Ah, good question.  If you provide care and accept direct payment, you can use the site.  We are agnostic and do not judge whether a DC, DO, MD, or PT is the best degree to have to give care – that is for the patient and the care team to decide.  We ask only that you be a licensed provider who takes great care of patients.  If too many patients complain about you we will deactivate your profiles.  Bad care is not FairCare and if you intend to treat patients like grist in a mill and engender bad reviews, we don’t want you.  Sorry.

Please feel welcome to call our Provider Hotline at (954) FAIR-CARE (954.324.7227) if you have question.  Thanks for visiting!

Sincerely Yours,
